Lost nine thousand dollars to someone claiming to be with LPGA

I got a call from these people who said they were the Nelly team and that they were affiliated with the LPGA. Sounded legit at first, I guess. They had a website on Telegram and an address in Bradenton, FL.

I ended up sending them $9,000. It was supposed to be for something, I don't even know now. It was a phishing thing. They just took the money and I never heard from them again. No way to get it back.
