Got charged by Nepeto.com after I canceled, customer service was no help

I found this website Nepeto.com and it looked like a normal business. I gave them my financial information to sign up for something, but then I decided to cancel. I canceled the services, but they charged me anyway. The charge went through, $580.92 came out of my account.

I tried to get help from their customer service. They were extremely rude. They wouldn't assist me at all, just kept saying I was going to continue to be charged. It felt like a dead end. Their email is [email protected].

I looked into it more and saw they use something called payproglobal to process the payments. It seems like a way to avoid being noticed. The site seems legit but they just take your information and charge you, even if you cancel.
