Bought dresses thinking they were Outcast but not the real brand

I ordered a few dresses from nerisastudio.com because I thought they were reselling Outcast dresses. They used the same pictures from the Outcast site so I figured they were the real name brand stuff. The site says they offer free refunds for defective items.

My items were defective and also not what they showed in the pictures. I emailed them at [email protected] and sent photos of the defects plus screenshots of their own return policy. They would not pay for shipping to send the stuff back. They said I could either take a 30% refund and keep the dresses or pay international shipping myself to return them. They just ignored every question I asked about their policy. Lost $143.84 total.
