Ordered a beaded dress and got a printed picture of beads instead

I ordered a dress from Nerissastudio.com because the pictures showed a really nice beaded bodice with actual 3D beadwork. They had high-res photos and everything. They also advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee right on their site so I felt safe buying it.

What showed up was a total joke. No beads, no sequins, nothing dimensional. It’s just a cheap piece of fabric with beads printed flat on it like a photo. It looks nothing like what they sold me. I contacted them and asked about the guarantee and they refused to honor it. They offered me 10% back if I kept the dress. I paid 58.50 for something I can’t even use.
