Bought nerve supplements with a guarantee but can't contact anyone for a refund

I bought three bottles of a nerve supplement from NervaEase. They promised a money back guarantee if the product didn't help. Well, it didn't help, so I tried to return it for a refund.

There's no way to contact the seller. No phone number, no email. I sent a message through their website and never got a reply. I saw another customer comment saying she couldn't contact them either. The address listed is 11870 62nd st in Largo, FL. I'm out the money for this.
