Signed up for a $9.99 deal but they charged me $20.99 anyway
After I accepted it they charged me $1.99 first. Then just two hours later they charged me $19.99. I called them and explained I agreed to the $9.99, not the $20.99. They said no refund because I already started using the subscription. Yes I did start using it because I thought I was paying the $9.99 price not the full price.
I kept explaining over and over again but they just kept refusing to give me my money back.
