Ordered from a Facebook ad in December, never got my item

I saw an ad on Facebook in December and placed an order. The item never came. When I told them, they said they would reship it. Then they used a vague tracking photo and insisted it was delivered at an exact time. I pulled my surveillance video from that time and even showed the street view for the whole hour, with both neighbors in view. Nothing was delivered.

They then said they would refund me. I asked for proof to give my credit card company. The only thing they sent was a jpg that said "refund successfully" but it had no account info or my name on it. I asked three more times for an account statement showing my name and the order being refunded. Each time, they just sent the same email back.

I saved all the interactions. I'm going to file a dispute with my Robinhood credit card.
