Ordered pants online and never got them, no refund given

I ordered 8 pairs of pants from this website because they had a special going on. Never got a single pair. They did send out something they said was 2X but it wasn't my pants.

I tried to get my money back but they just won't refund it. I lost $33.00 total. Now I can't even get ahold of anyone. The website is [email protected]. Just want my money back or the pants I paid for.
