Ordered from my TV and got a fake order number

I ordered from my TV on the 27 of June. I got the order number but it’s no good. The website is Neuplern.com and the address says NY, USA. I lost $30.24.

I never got the stuff I paid for. The order number doesn’t work for tracking or anything. No one picks up or answers. Feels like I just threw my money away.
