Capsules gave me headaches and now the numbers don’t work
They said they would call me back but never did. Now both phone numbers they gave me do not work. I lost three hundred dollars on this.
The website was Neurocept and the email was [email protected]. They had an address in Aurora, CO but I don’t know if that’s real.
Ordered Neurocept after seeing it on TV, got the wrong product and no refund
I emailed customer support at [email protected]. I even got on the phone with someone named Michael. He asked for my order number and I told him it took me a while to find it, but I sent it. I mailed a letter on December 17th to their address in Aurora, Colorado, asking for the refund again.
I sent another email after that. They wrote back and said it was "too late" for me to even deserve an email. The ad said 180 days. I'm out $294 and I just have the wrong product I sent back.
Ordered Neurocept and had bad side effects, can't get a refund
I've called two different numbers for them. I've also emailed two different addresses. I haven't gotten any response at all. The phone number I tried is (888) 633-9670 and the email is [email protected]. The address listed is Healthy Living 19655 East 35th dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. I paid $294 for this.
