Ordered Neurocept after seeing it on TV, got the wrong product and no refund

I bought 6 bottles of Neurocept with my VISA on November 29th. I saw it on CBS News with Sanjay Gupta and it was supposed to have acetylcholine. What they sent me was just some herbs and caffeine. I sent it right back after I read the label and asked for my money back, like the TV ad promised.

I emailed customer support at [email protected]. I even got on the phone with someone named Michael. He asked for my order number and I told him it took me a while to find it, but I sent it. I mailed a letter on December 17th to their address in Aurora, Colorado, asking for the refund again.

I sent another email after that. They wrote back and said it was "too late" for me to even deserve an email. The ad said 180 days. I'm out $294 and I just have the wrong product I sent back.

Ordered Neurocept and had bad side effects, can't get a refund

I ordered Neurocept and started having unpleasant side effects. So I just want to return my bottles and get my money back. They say there's a 60 day return window and I'm still within it.

I've called two different numbers for them. I've also emailed two different addresses. I haven't gotten any response at all. The phone number I tried is (888) 633-9670 and the email is [email protected]. The address listed is Healthy Living 19655 East 35th dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011. I paid $294 for this.
