Paid $642 for Neurodyne Dropps and now the company won't answer calls or emails
I ordered 18 bottles of NeuroDyne Dropps from the Neurodyne official website. They had a 60 day return policy, so I paid the $642 up front. Now I need to make a return and I can't reach anyone. I've tried calling the phone number, (302) 618-4094, and I've emailed [email protected] multiple times. No one returns my calls or replies to my messages. I'm just stuck.

Paid over $600 for a health product that turned out to be fake
I got a message pushing this health product from NeuroDyne. The whole thing felt really pushy but I ended up falling for it. I sent $633.58 to the address they gave, 19655 E. 35th Dr. #100 in Aurora, Colorado. The contact email was [email protected]. The product showed up and it was clearly counterfeit, just a complete fake. I feel so stupid for sending them that money.

Called the number on my NeuroDyne bottle and it wouldn't connect
I had a question about how to best use the NeuroDyne product. The phone number printed right on the bottle was 888-633-9670. I called it and it just wouldn't connect. I tried multiple times.
I contacted the Federal Trade Commission about it. Then I spoke with my credit card company, and they actually found a different phone number for NeuroDyne. When we called that one, someone from "customer service for NeuroDyne" answered.
My credit card company and the FTC are still filing a fraud complaint to figure out if the company is legitimate. I would really prefer a refund of the $320 from my credit card company if this turns out to be illegitimate.

Bought memory drops with a guarantee, now no one answers
I saw an ad for Neurodyne liquid in a droplet bottle, supposed to help with memory. It came with a money back guarantee, so I ordered it. The total charge was $229.
I tried the product and it didn't do anything. So I tried to get my money back like they promised. I called the phone number, (302) 618-4094, and no one ever answers. I also emailed the address they have, [email protected]. No reply from there either.
The address listed is 19655 E 35th in Aurora, Colorado. I just want the refund they guaranteed. It feels like I sent money and got nothing, and now they've gone silent.
