Charged nearly $300 for a product that wasn't what they said

I got a text about this NeuroMax product and decided to try it. The whole thing felt off from the start. I was charged $294 right away.

The product showed up and it wasn't anything like it was described. The name on the bottle is even spelled wrong, with two A's. I tried emailing their support at [email protected] but got nothing back.

Now I'm stuck trying to stop the payment. I'm having to work with my credit card company to get my money back. The address they use is 11870 62nd st N in Largo, FL. The whole thing is a mess.
