Charged my card for a brain supplement after a long Facebook ad
I saw a long presentation on Facebook for a product called Neutradyne. It was about 45 minutes. They said it could repair your brain and restore function, talking about studies and doctors. It really played on my fears about my memory getting worse.
They billed my card twice for it. They did refund one payment a few weeks later, but I was still charged. My credit card statement said "This is a recurring payment." I never signed up for anything like that. The whole thing felt like a hard sell targeting people who are scared.
The website is Neutradyne. They have a phone number and an email, [email protected]. The address they list is in Colorado. I just want this to stop and to understand what I was actually signed up for.
