Shoes looked high end in photos but turned out to be cheap junk from China
When they showed up the packaging was weird and the shoes were clearly garbage. Like really cheap material that felt like plastic. Looked nothing like the pictures. I checked the shipping label and they came from China, not New England.
I’ve been emailing them trying to get a refund but they keep making it difficult. They said I have to ship the shoes back to China on my own dime and they won’t cover shipping. Then they actually asked me to write a lower value on the package so they don’t get hit with tariffs. That didn’t feel right at all. Just want my money back.
