Letter about a certificate of good standing that looked official

I got this letter in the mail that looked like it was from the state of New Jersey. It said "2026 – New Jersey Certificate of Good Standing" on it and had big words like "TIME SENSITIVE" and "RESPONSE REQUESTED." It even had my business's state file number on it and a notice date. They wanted me to send $102.25 to get a certificate.

But I looked into it and that certificate is way cheaper if you just go through the state directly. In the tiny print on the letter it says it's just a private document preparation service and that you can get the same thing from the Secretary of State. The payment address was in Jersey City. I didn't send them anything. It just felt really misleading.
