Paid for a job background check and got charged multiple times with no refund

I applied for a job posting on Indeed for a peer navigator. I was contacted and did a background check that I paid for. I got charged numerous times and did not get a refund.

The emails were from two different people. The map on their website is not even from Colorado. They also have a Facebook page saying they have transitional living and are taking money for applications for that. They promised employment after deposits, but I still haven't gotten any paperwork or anything.

The communication is very poor and not professional. Nothing matches up.
