Letter about wage garnishment with no real company name

I got a call from something called “New Mexico processing unit.” They said it was about a wage garnishment and a lien from Connor’s and Moore. They told me to call (888) 460-3020 within 24 hours or I’d be served.

There was no real company name on anything. They said they were in Albuquerque, NM. I didn’t send them any money but it felt strange. I have no idea what they’re talking about.
