Paid two hundred dollars for a rug that never showed up

I ordered a rug from New Wave Rugs and paid for it. It was about two hundred dollars. That was a while ago and I still don't have the rug. It just never came.

I tried contacting them but nobody got back to me. I don't know what happened but I never got my money back either. Just feels like I threw the money away for nothing.
