Sent in paperwork for a cash offer and never heard back

I got this thing in the mail about a cash offer to buy shares in MetLife, Inc. It looked official enough so I filled out the YELLOW Acceptance Form and got my drivers license notarized. I put both in the envelope they sent me and mailed it back on 03/20/2026.

That was a while ago now and I still haven't heard anything. Not a call, not a letter, nothing. I just want to know what happened with my paperwork or if this was even real. I'm out the notary fee too. Their number is (212) 523-0973 and the website is New York Depositary LLC. Address on the letter said 295 Madison Ave, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10017.
