Stock purchase offer in the mail for way less than what it’s worth
The offer was for over 55% less than what the stock is actually worth. That just didn’t make sense to me. They put a phone number on it (212) 523-0973 and an address at 295 Madison Avenue, 12th floor, New York, NY 10017. Also an email [email protected].
I didn’t send any money or anything. But it felt strange getting something so official looking in the mail like that. No company name really on it that I could trust.
