Paid for shoes on a website and got a fake delivery photo

I found this website newbalancereconsidered.com and ordered some shoes. Paid about 80 bucks. Got an email saying my order was received, then another one saying it shipped, then one saying it was delivered. The delivered email had a picture of a box sitting in front of some door. That is not my door. I have no idea whose door that is. So I contacted them through the website. They opened a ticket about it. Then they just closed the ticket and said they could not help me. That was it. No refund or anything. The address they have listed is 1600 W Dartmouth Ave in Englewood, CO but I don't know if that's even real.
