Instagram ad for kids program turned into monthly charge

I saw an ad on Instagram for a mental training program for kids. It said 1 USD so I bought it, it was digital content. Then after three days they took 39 USD out of my account and I was surprised.

I looked into it and found out it was a monthly subscription. I don't even know how I got signed up for that. I wrote to them asking to cancel and get a refund but they said they don't give refunds after the three day trial period. I feel like I got stolen from because I bought it with no idea about any subscription.
