Email saying my Norton account expired and I owe money

Got an email from [email protected] saying my Norton account was expired. Said I had to pay 199.99 to reinstate it on my devices. So I did it.

Now I realize it was a utility scam or something. The email looked legit at first but now I'm not sure. No company name on it really just that email address. They're based in Texas I think. The phone number was 806-471-5273.

I just feel stupid. Lost 199.99 and no way to get it back. No reply when I tried to ask questions after.
