They promised to increase my medication dose but never did

I got a text from NewSelf.com about their program. They promised an increasing dose of glp-1 meds. But they didn't increase the dose at all. They kept me at the same dose for months three through six.

I requested an increased dose or a refund. They just refuse to respond. I paid $300 and got nothing but the same low dose. It doesn't make sense. I've tried contacting them and there's just no reply.
