Dress I bought online did not match the description and I can't return it

I ordered a dress from Newyorkjade.com and it didn't match the quality or description at all. I spent about 60 bucks on it. When I tried to return it for a refund, I found out the email address they gave me isn't real. I looked up their address too, Volmerlaan 5 in Rijswijk, but there's no way to actually get in touch with anyone. I just want my money back.
