Paid for an RV online and everything went silent

I saw an RV advertised for $22,600. The person I first talked to was named Mary Lainson, she said she was the owner. She told me she would let the shipping company know and they would start everything.

I took money out of my retirement account to do a wire transfer. The first time I tried to send it the money got sent back, they said it was because they reached some limit for receiving money. The next day I got my money back in my account. So I went to the bank and sent a new transfer. They said they got it and would start shipping.

At first they gave me a date and then it kept changing. I was going back and forth with the supposed owner through messages. Then I started calling the company and they would answer but give me some bogus excuse. I kept calling and eventually the number just went inactive, like it didn't exist anymore. I called from a different number and it rang fine. Lost $24,600 total.
