Got a suspicious job offer call asking for personal info and ID

I got a call from someone saying they were HR from Nexfold Transport LLC. They said they found my info on Indeed. The person, email [email protected], sent an email asking for my name, address, email, and a picture of my ID.

He said someone would contact me within 24 hours, and then a woman did call. She sent a welcome email and gave me a link to fill out info for "my dashboard." It was a form asking for specific information. I told her I thought it was a scam, so she sent me an email with documentation saying they were a legit company.

She said I had to stay on the phone with her while I filled the form out. I didn't fill it out. I just said I wasn't interested anymore. The whole thing felt off.
