Bought an RV lock that never showed up

I ordered an RV door lock from their site nexorvella.com. It looked legit, they sent me follow up emails and even a tracking number. Said it was delivered but nothing ever showed up.

Tried emailing [email protected] and calling (404) 493-7192 but nobody answers. There's two sites they run and neither one will get back to me. I looked up the business address and it's just a house in Kentucky on maps. Lost $45 on this.
