Clearance e-scooter for disabled person turned out to be a scam

I saw this clearance deal for an e-scooter on nexorvella.com. Sounded really good since I'm disabled and need one to get around. The price was 60 dollars which seemed fair for what they were showing.

Paid for it and now I'm pretty sure it's just another scam. The website is still up but nobody answers the phone at 404 493 7192. No tracking number, no scooter, nothing. Should have known better I guess.

Ordered from nexorvella dot com and never got my stuff

I thought it was a legit company. I ordered something from their website nexorvella.com and it has not produced anything I ordered. They sent me back a confirmation saying it was paid for.

I paid $44.98 and never received anything other than them taking my money and sending me back a confirmation number saying it’s paid. The order number was 5636. I paid for it on May 2, 2026 at 8:14 PM.

I wanna file a full complaint and I want to receive my money back in full ASAP. Thank you.
