Ordered from nexorvella dot com and never got my stuff

I thought it was a legit company. I ordered something from their website nexorvella.com and it has not produced anything I ordered. They sent me back a confirmation saying it was paid for.

I paid $44.98 and never received anything other than them taking my money and sending me back a confirmation number saying it’s paid. The order number was 5636. I paid for it on May 2, 2026 at 8:14 PM.

I wanna file a full complaint and I want to receive my money back in full ASAP. Thank you.
