Ordered a white gold ring but got yellow gold with turquoise

I ordered a white gold and aquamarine ring from them. What they sent me is not real at all - it's a yellow gold ring with a turquoise stone instead. I have been emailing them for a while now trying to figure out how to get a refund.

They finally sent me instructions to return it to "JCHKHK" at an address that is clearly a warehouse. I looked up JCHKHK and it is not a retail site anywhere. I told them I am not sending my ring to some warehouse where it will probably get "lost" and then I have to fight with them about the refund. I said I want an actual retail location with a real person's name to send it to.

Honestly I can see this is not a legitimate business and I got scammed. I am taking it up with my credit card fraud department to get my money back.
