Paid for a baseball card and got nothing but a fake tracking number

I ordered from nextgencards.shop because they had a picture of a baseball card I wanted. The description said they would send an unclaimed Physical Redemption Card. Any collector knows Topps makes those. But I never got the card in the photo or any Topps redemption.

They sent me a tracking number but it just got lost in the system and nothing ever showed up. No return address on the tracking either. I emailed customer service and got a reply from someone calling themselves “Richard Smith.” He sent me a picture of his own QR code and wanted me to download it. I didn't. That’s obviously a scam.

I lost $24. The phone number they gave is bogus and there’s no real address. Just a fake company.
