Letter about LLC registration with a fake zipcode on it

I got this form in the mail called "2026 Annual Registration Instruction Form for LLCs." It had a picture of the state of Virginia on the front. It said I had to file it by 6/30 or my company would be dissolved.

The address they want me to mail payment to is 10302 Bristow Center Dr. #7033, Bristow, VA. But the zipcode they put on there is 20136 and that zipcode is fake. I looked it up. Their website is www.nextstepfilings.net and their email is [email protected]. Their phone number is (888) 851-6604. It just felt off. No real company would send something like that.
