Ordered a laser bundle but got a cheap flashlight instead

I ordered a 2026 New Design 120W 900-1100NM Power IR Laser Point x1 Ultimate Bundle from nicemallx.com. The total was 103.98. What showed up was a 10.00 USBC flashlight. Not even close to what I paid for.

I spent about a week going back and forth with them through email. Their address is nowhere on the site and there is no customer service number. All the responses I got were generic, like they were just copying and pasting the same thing over and over. No one would give me a real person to talk to or a way to send it back. I just want my money back or the actual product I ordered.
