Ordered big ferns online and got tiny fake picks instead

I ordered big beautiful ferns and hanging baskets from a YouTube ad. What showed up were these small little picks that were obviously not what they advertised. I paid $118 for this. There’s no phone number or any way to reach them except through email and they don’t answer back.

The ad says they are made and shipped in the USA and if you’re not satisfied just email [email protected]. But you have no way of knowing where they’re coming from or that this is a scam until you get the package. The photo showed what was offered but that’s not at all what arrived.
