Paid for exercise product from Facebook ad, never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for an exercise product. There was a video with it. I paid $40.61 to the website. The contact was [email protected] and a phone number, 1(705) 957-4899. I never received the product. Nothing ever showed up.
