Got a scary voicemail about legal documents from a "Nick Stevenson"

I got a voicemail on my phone from an unknown number. The guy said he's "Nick Stevenson," a carrier for my county responsible for serving legal documents. He said I need them for an upcoming court appearance.

He said he'll be stopping by my home or job tomorrow to get my signature. If I don't sign, he said he'll surrender the documents to the county as a refusal. He also said this could be considered a missed court appearance and the process could continue without me.

He told me to contact the plaintiff's office at 855-291-1475 to stop it or press one. The whole thing felt really off. I never signed up for anything and I don't know what this is about.
