Ordered dresses from Nantucket boutique but they came from China
The dresses came from China with no tags on them. The return form they sent says all labels and plates must be there for a return but there were none. They also say it's my responsibility to pay for shipping but they never said it would be international shipping. They also say they can refuse any return.
Then they say they highly recommend I keep the dresses with a 10% refund and 20% off my next purchase. They claim 95% of customers pick this option. I lost $165.
Ordered clothes from a Nantucket boutique, got cheap items from China instead
The total was over $312. Now they are telling me that to get a refund, I have to pay to ship the items back to China. That doesn't make any sense. The whole thing feels like a scam. I bought from what I thought was a local boutique, not a distributor for Chinese goods.
