Ordered a blood glucose monitor but got a pulse monitor instead

I ordered a blood sugar glucose monitor from Nimebrandshop and they sent me a pulse monitor instead. I paid $23.99 for it. That is not what I ordered at all.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no one ever wrote back. Their website is still up though. I just want what I paid for or my money back. Feels like a total waste.
