Ordered two items but they sent three and now want me to pay return shipping

I ordered 2 items off their website. I realized right after I placed the order that I only meant to get 2, not 3. So I emailed them right away. They still charged me and delivered 3 items anyway.

All I get back are these canned email replies that don't actually say anything about what I'm asking. Then they tell me I have to send the extra product back overseas. The shipping would cost more than what I paid for the stuff in the first place.

I emailed [email protected] and tried calling 1(937) 430-5626 but it's the same runaround. Lost $100 on this.

Ordered from nivarena.com and got a fake product

I ordered from nivarena.com and it was a total waste of money. Their advertising is totally false. What they show on the site is not what you get at all.

The return policy is a joke. I tried to send it back and they just ignored me. Their description of the goods is false. I lost $40 on this. Their email is [email protected] but they don't answer when you have a problem.

Just a heads up, the website is nivarena.com. I should have known better.
