Facebook ad for turmeric pills I can't get them to stop sending

I saw an ad on Facebook for Nivelle’s Turmeric Curcumin 95 and decided to buy it. Now I keep getting more of it even though I emailed them asking them to stop sending the product. I'm paying for it and I'm not even using it.

I just sent another email today telling them to stop. I tried calling a number that AI gave me but it just went to some Google answering service. I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

Kept getting charged for turmeric capsules after I canceled

I keep getting these Nivelle Turmeric capsules in the mail every month, and I keep getting charged for them. I canceled the autopay a while ago. I've even disputed the charges on my credit card, but they just keep coming. The last charge was on 4/5/2026.

I checked their website, and it says I have no orders or subscriptions. But they're still sending the capsules and charging me. It doesn't make any sense. I even got a new credit card number, and the charges are still happening.
