Ordered clothes from Nivellor, tracking said delivered but I never got anything

I ordered three clothing items from nivellor.com back on February 4th. The site advertised free 1 to 2 day shipping. I was watching the tracking and noticed it was coming from China, which felt off. I waited and finally contacted their support on February 13th. They just told me it would arrive soon.

On February 27th, the tracking was marked as delivered. I never got a package. I emailed them at [email protected]. After some back and forth, they said they would reship my order and expedite the shipping for free. They gave me a new tracking number on March 13th. That one also says it was delivered on March 22nd. Again, I received nothing at all.

I’m out $31.96 for this order.
