Letter saying I owe $92.50 for a certificate I never asked for

I got this letter in the mail saying I need to pay $92.50 to get my "Certificate of Good Standing" for an LLC. I just applied for an LLC through the state of New Mexico about a month ago so it kind of made sense at first.

But then I looked closer and there was no real company name on it, just an email address and a website. It felt off. The address is 223 N Guadalupe St #300 in Santa Fe. I didn't pay anything but I wanted to report it because it looks like a phishing thing. Phone number on it was (800) 226-6952.
