Kept charging me for a subscription I never agreed to

I bought one product from them. Then they kept charging me for a "subscription" and extra items. I never signed up for any of that and I never got the stuff they said I ordered.

They took about $900 out of my account. I didn't even know what was happening until I checked my bank statement. I only wanted the one thing. Now I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.

Charged for a service I never signed up for

I was just looking at my bank statement and saw a charge for $138.00. I have no idea what it is for. I never signed up for anything or agreed to any service.

I checked my email and texts and there is nothing about any subscription or purchase. I did not give anyone permission to charge me. I tried calling the number on the charge but no one answered and there was no voicemail.

I just want my money back. I did not order anything or sign up for anything. This makes no sense.

Strange package I never ordered showed up at my door

I got a package in the mail that I never ordered. It just showed up at my door one day. The return address says 21010 Cornerstone Dr, Walnut Creek, CA 91779. I checked my bank and they took $54 from my account for it.

I didn't buy anything from them. I don't even know what company this is because there's no business name on the box. Just that address. I tried calling the number on the shipping label but nobody picks up.

So now I'm out fifty four dollars and I have this random thing sitting in my house. No idea how they got my info or why they charged me.

Keeps emailing me after I asked to be removed from their list

I keep getting emails from these people and I already told them to take me off their mailing list. I asked more than once. They just keep sending them anyway.

It's like they don't even read what I say. I click unsubscribe or reply asking to be removed and nothing changes. The emails still show up in my inbox like I never said anything.

This has been going on for a while now. I don't know what else to do about it.

Ordered in April, still no product and they sent a blurry delivery picture

I ordered a product back in April and the money came out of my bank account. They said it would take longer because of tariffs and customs stuff. I waited and at the beginning of June I emailed them asking where my product is.

Along the way they kept sending me tracking numbers and saying follow it. But they wanted me to download some special app to track it and I wasn't going to do that. So then they stopped helping me after multiple emails and told me to deal with the shipping company myself. I contacted the shipping company and they said my product was already delivered. I asked for proof and they sent me a picture of something but it's all blurry you can't see anything. No info on it. It just looks like a fake picture of a package.

Reading glasses I bought do not actually help me see

I bought some reading glasses from them and they just do not work at all. I spent about $40 on them. They were supposed to help me read better but honestly they are no different than looking through plain glass or maybe even worse.

I tried them a few times thinking maybe I just needed to get used to them. But nope they just don't help. Its like wearing fake glasses or something. Not sure what they actually sold me but its not reading glasses that work.
