Mail showing up with something I never ordered

I got a package in the mail a few days ago, something I didn't order at all. No idea who sent it or why. Then I looked up the address on the package – 5031 Walton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143 – and saw the same name was in a post on Ecautious.com from before.

So far I haven't seen any weird charges on my credit card. But it still feels off, getting stuff you didn't ask for. No company name on anything, just that address.
