Seller sent fake product and charged more than they said

I bought something from this seller and they sent me a counterfeit product. It was supposed to be made in North Carolina but the return address they gave is in China. That alone should have been a red flag I guess.

They charged me $89.99 which is not even what they said the price was. I tried emailing them about returning it because they promise returns accepted but they just won't respond. I sent a few emails and nothing. So now I'm stuck with this fake thing and no way to get my money back.
