Paid off jewelry on layaway but they sold it and gave me something else

I put some jewelry on layaway and paid it off over time. When I went back to get it, they had already sold it to someone else. Then they gave me different jewelry that wasn’t even close to what I paid for.

I lost about $9000 on this. They’re at 4700 Millhaven Rd. in Monroe, LA. The phone number I have is (318) 557-0775. I don’t even know the company name. Feels like I just got ripped off.
