Bracelet put on me in Seattle then demanded money for donation

I was walking downtown Seattle and this person came up to me and put a bracelet on my wrist before I could even say anything. Then they said I had to make a donation for it. I felt pressured so I gave them a dollar amount I thought was fair.

But then they took my cash and also made me put a higher amount into their Square app on their phone. So I ended up paying way more than what I agreed to. They gave me back some cash but it didn’t match what they charged me. I lost $10 to this. Felt really strange and I couldn’t even get the bracelet off without breaking it.
