Ordered a travel bundle and never got the last piece of luggage

I ordered a travel bundle from nobltravel.com and the last piece of luggage never showed up. They said it was held up in customs but that doesn't make any sense to me since they're based in Las Vegas, NV.

I paid $242 for everything and never got that final piece. I reached out to them at [email protected] but they never refunded me or sent the luggage. Just nothing.
