Advertised glasses that don't work and no way to get help

I ordered glasses from nobluvision.com. They said the glasses would adjust automatically to any range and turn dark outside like sunglasses. Neither thing works. They don't do anything. I paid 58 dollars for these.

The website is just gone now or something. I tried looking them up again and nothing. The only address I have is NJ, USA but that doesn't help. No phone number or email to contact. I just wasted my money.

Paid for glasses that didn't work, only offered a partial refund

I bought glasses from Nobluvision.com for $47.44. The glasses did not work at all. When I contacted their support, they only offered to refund me $16.99. That would have left me out $29.89, which I did not agree to. I told them that, and they refused to give any more compensation. So now I'm just out the full $47.44.
