Contractor took my money and never did the work

This guy came to me saying he was a contractor. He drew up a contract and had me sign it. I paid him $7,600 like we agreed. That was it. He never did any of the work.

I have his address too – 5819 Wellborn Creek Dr, Lithonia, GA 30058. But he won't answer my calls or texts now. I just want my money back or the work done. Nothing.
